Retirement Fund Details
Fund A
Retirement Fund
1/2 salary for every year of service in addition to 1/12 of the 13th month pay and the cash equivalent of not more than 5 days of service incentive leaves.
If you reached at least 15 years of service in Infinit-O:
and in the retirement age, you'll receive 100% of Fund A: Retirement Benefit Plan subject to applicable taxes, or
not in the retirement age yet, you'll receive 75% of Fund A: Retirement Benefit Plan subject to applicable taxes.
Fund B
Member's Savings
100% of the Member's voluntary contributions plus
investment earnings and losses
Fund C
Company Matched Savings
Company matching of the employee's savings, up to a maximum 5% of the employee's salary.
You can only get your benefits if you've completed at least two years of service.
