Position Details: Compliance Associate


Basic Function:

Compliance and Legal tasks. Any other tasks that may be assigned.


Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

Ø  Performance Management

·         Perform daily, monthly, quarterly compliance checks (issuer name, AML, etc.);

·         Ensure all tolerance breaks found in tools are resolved or escalated daily;

·         Research and report any exceptions found;

·         Clarify issues with banks through email or phone calls in accordance with client’s standards which is established in the Key Operating Procedures;

·         Ensure all breaks that are unresolved are properly escalated on time;

·         Perform other tasks as needed within the scope of the role and across functions within the team;

·         Able to meet preset Service Level Agreements which covers timeliness and quality of output;

·         Strive to exceed customer expectation;

·         Exemplify the Infinit-O Brand by living the values in the work place

Ø  Quality & Information Security Management

·         Adhere to Infinit-O’s information security policies and carry out its processes and procedures accordingly

·         Protect client supplied information and client specified system from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference (see also Table of Offenses)

·         Carry out tasks as assigned and are aligned with particular process or activity related to information security

·         Report any potential or committed non-conformity, observation and/or security event or risks to immediate superior



1.       Basic knowledge of investment products and the banking system

2.       Excellent English, oral and written, communication skills

3.       High attention to detail

4.       Must be highly organized and with excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize activities effectively

5.       Must be proactive, motivated, detail-orientated, a team player and knows how to work with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and metrics

6.       Computer and internet proficient



1.       Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Financial Management, Economics, Accounting, or other related courses
